Once under contract, we perform due diligence and take care of all the steps to acquisition. We conduct a thorough site investigation report, work with the local municipality on permitting, deliver a building plan, and monitor the project status.


Once the property is controlled, we nurture the transaction through close. We revise the final budget, fully execute a leasing agreement, facilitate funding through lenders and equity partners, and close the contract on time.


Our in-house Construction Management team guides our clients from the beginning of construction through lease up. We guarantee a fully transparent construction process with up-to-date schedules and live on-site cameras.
