The property is 3.61 Acres of undeveloped land at the NWC of Airport Dr. & Harry McKillop Blvd. in McKinney, Texas immediately west of the McKinney National Airport.  Harry McKillop Blvd. was completed in 2018 and serves as the primary entrance to the McKinney Airport.  The property has access to water, sewer, gas & electric.  The property is irregularly shaped and generally flat.  The property was zoned in May of 1985 from “AG” to "Light Manufacturing" Ordinance #1541 with a 50' maximum height limitation.  The zoning was revised in May of 2004 to a “PD” Ordinance #2004-05-053 with a base zoning of "ML" - Light Manufacturing to allow one additional use which was youth soccer fields which have since been removed.  The zoning allows for a wide variety of Industrial, Office, Retail and Commercial uses. The City of McKinney is in the process of acquiring from the owner a drainage easement and right of way for a southbound right turn lane in conjunction with the extension of Airport Dr. to the intersection with Harry McKillop Blvd.  Construction should commence in the 3rd quarter of 2019 and completed by the 1st quarter of 2020.
